This product goes beyond a simple Moon map; it offers a comprehensive series of actual photographs depicting the various phases of the Moon, complete with prominently marked and named features. This level of detail allows users to identify lunar features as they truly appear, rather than relying on abstract representations typically found on traditional maps. Each map emphasizes features located on the terminator—the dividing line between daylight and darkness—where low sun angles enhance visibility.

The opening interface displays the current phase of the Moon. Users can easily navigate through different phases by swiping sideways and tapping once to access detailed maps of each phase. The application provides customizable layers based on user experience and equipment:

• For novice observers using binoculars: Only the names of major seas are displayed, available in either Latin or English.
• For telescope users: The names of craters and significant lunar features can be unveiled.
• For advanced telescope users: An additional layer reveals finer details including faults (F), rilles (R), and valleys (V).

• A total of 30 images of the Moon: 18 showcasing the waxing phase, one full Moon, and 11 depicting the waning phase—this disparity reflects their occurrence in less observable morning hours.
